We'll no longer have to make a timely trip through JFK to enjoy homegrown breakfast sandwiches from Shake Shack. The company debuted their morning offerings at Grand Central Terminal today, including three egg-and-cheese combos, drip coffee, cold brew and hot tea.
The chain is cooking up Sausage, Egg N' Cheese and Bacon, Egg N' Cheese sandwiches (both $4.75) plus a vegetarian Egg N' Cheese ($3.75) weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The eggs are cage-free Niman Ranch varieties; the cheese is a slice of American; and the meats are both all-natural. Just don't look at those calorie counts (seriously, don't) and you'll be fine!
Next: work on getting these bad boys available on the weekends!
