Tomorrow morning Louder Than Bombs (the movie, not The Smiths compilation album) will be filming in Red Hook, but the transformation for the scenes is happening right now.

The Joachim Trier film—starring Jesse Eisenberg, Isabelle Huppert, Rachel Brosnahan, Amy Ryan, David Strathairn, and Gabriel Byrne—revolves around "the family of a late war photographer" who are grappling with their contrasting memories of her, according to Variety.

We're told tomorrow's scene will feature Eisenberg, who plays the photographer's son, and a crew member on set confirmed that this section of Red Hook—Van Dyke between Ferris and Conover—is being made to look like Gaza.
