The police released a photograph of a man they say nearly got away with some packages from a Brooklyn apartment building.
According to the NYPD, last Friday, October 10th, a man entered a building in Bushwick and "removed multiple packages from the lobby area that belonged to residents. The suspect was then stopped outside by Good Samaritans at which point he dropped the packages and fled on a bicycle."
The suspect is described as being around 5'8" and 150-180 pounds.
Anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
