In case that $1 Airbnb cage doesn't work out for your visiting grandparents, Bushwick is about to get an 8-story hotel.
DNAinfo reports that said hotel is in the process of being constructed at 9 Beaver Street, nestled somewhere between Woodhull Medical Center and Bushwick Houses. Department of Building documents confirm the building will boast eight stories and 116 guest rooms.
This particular BedwickHotelPalooza looks like it won't be here until fall 2014. Unless it's anything like that mysterious mall we never got, in which case it will fade into the lost volumes of gentrifier history, available for purchase at Molasses Books for $8.99.
