Continuing in the now common Smorgasburg-to-brick-and-mortar model, The Bruffin has found a new home inside The Yard, a new co-working space operating at 85 Delancey Street. Bowery Boogie spots the Bruffin Cafe Coming Soon sign affixed to the ground floor space, which the website describes as "miniscule."
The muffin-brioche-sandwich hybrid debuted at the winter Smorgasburg this past season, offering internationally themed savory-and-sweet treats baked into one pastry. Look for a Spanish themed chorizo and manchego Bruffin, a French brie, herbs de provence and gruyere Bruffin and the patriotic American Bruffin made with buffalo chicken and blue cheese.
