A Paterson man is under arrest after his 2-year-old child was found with 48 glassine envelopes of heroin at his day care center on Monday.
27-year-old Phillip Young was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the discovery of the heroin inside his son's jacket. The child was unaware the drugs were in his jacket, and the narcotics were found by workers at the day care center.
No children were exposed to the heroin, according to The Paterson Press. Young's bail has been set at $85,000. Don't put your child in charge of your heroin. Also don't do heroin. And if you actually need this advice, go ahead and skip having kids, too.
