A woman was raped in a Bed-Stuy tattoo parlor early Friday morning amid a violent armed robbery, DNAinfo reports.
According to police, a female suspect with short black hair rang the buzzer at Inktastic, located on Ralph Avenue near Hancock Street, around 2 a.m. Once the door clicked open, she was followed into the shop by two men armed with a gun and a knife, who then forced the victims—four men and one woman—into the store's back room.
The men reportedly took all four of the victim's wallets, cell phones and keys, with one of the suspects grabbing the female victim, removing her clothes and raping her during the fracas. All three then fled the scene, and no arrests have been made.
One of the male suspects was said to be wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, and the other had short hair and was dressed in a beige and orange hooded sweatshirt with purple, yellow and red sneakers. All three suspects were described as being between 20 and 25-years-old.
Anyone with information on this incident should call Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website or texting 274637(CRIMES), then enter TIP577.
