It's pretty clear at this point that Kanye West is releasing a new album in the next few months—between the cryptic tweets, tonight's SNL appearance, and the rants about not wanting to be humanized, all the hallmarks of a new album cycle are coming to the surface. Last night, West premiered one of the first songs from that album, "New Slaves," in classic Kanye fashion: by projecting a video of his giant head onto the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg. Watch/listen to the tune below.
But this isn't just a Brooklyn thing: 66 different buildings in 10 cities around the globe (New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Paris, London, Berlin, and Sydney) will be blessed with the new video/projection/giant Kanye head. Go to West's website to see a map of the locations and find out when they'll be projected there. And tune in tonight to see West back on SNL.
