A tractor trailer flipped onto its side and pinned an Infiniti against the guardrail of the Eastbound BQE a little before noon today. The Infiniti was hanging perilously close to the edge of the roadway, and police at the scene told us that both drivers were seriously injured, but there were no fatalities. According to an FDNY spokesman, four people were injured, with one taken to Bellevue in more serious condition.

The BQE is now reopened after authorities towed the overturned truck (while on its side), off of the roadway.
