If you needed any more proof that Brooklyn's quickly going from Crooklyn to Condosville, the childhood home of Brooklyn's Notorious B.I.G. is now on the market—for a cool $725,000.

According to the StreetEasy listing for 226 St James Place #3L, that famous "one-room shack" of Biggie's youth is now a recently-renovated "three-bedroom plus den/office condominium" complete with a formal dining room, which we assume is the perfect space for eating sardines for dinner. And while Biggie, né Christopher Wallace, wasn't exactly shy about describing the crime-ridden qualities of his old 'hood, Notorious' native Bed-Stuy is now "the heart of historic Clinton Hill," not far from the Pratt Institute, BAM, the Brooklyn Flea and the Barclays Center (made possible by Biggie's fellow former Bed-Stuy-er, Jay-Z!)

Of course, considering what's been going on with Brooklyn real estate lately, it's probably more surprising that the apartment's been listed for less than $1 million, like Patti Smith and Robert Mapplethorpe's old Clinton Hill pad was this past summer. Judith Lief, the listing agent, doesn't think the apartment's roots will have much of an effect on its sale: "I think it'll be notable, but I don't know if novelty translates to a purchase," she told Daily Intel. "The tour buses that come by regularly are enough."

There'll be an open house for the apartment at 6 p.m. tomorrow; feel free to stop by if you think you're ready to start hustling on Fulton Street.
