The competition—hosted by USA Yoga—promoted all styles of yoga, and featured over 140 competitors who were judged on technical execution, level of difficulty, poise and composure, and grace of movement. Considering yoga means "union" it seems a little weird to have a divisive yoga competition, but whatever, check out these rock hard abs! Do you do these poses in your adorable little Brooklyn yoga class before skipping off to brunch?
