An unidentified 13-year-old boy is clinging to life after getting run over by a van driver in Clinton Hill this morning. Details on the incident are still scant, but the NYPD says the crash occurred at Park Avenue and Cumberland Street in Clinton Hill around 6:45 a.m. this morning. The child is currently in critical condition at Bellevue Hospital.

According to the NYPD press office, there is currently no criminality suspected, but the investigation is ongoing. However, the Post reports that the boy was crossing against the light when he was struck. The driver remained at the scene and has not been charged.
