Oedipus behind bars! An upstate woman was arrested for passing oxycodone pills to her incarcerated son during an open-mouth kiss. EWWWWW.
The Smoking Gun got a hold of the Yates County Sheriff's Department report revealing that Kimberly Margeson, 54, was charged with a felony drug count for her illicit to son William Partridge. Partridge, 30, was being held on a weapons arrest. "Margeson put the Oxycodone pills 'into her mouth and brought them into the jail when she visited her son.' She then passed two pills 'from her mouth to her sons mouth when she kissed him.'"
While The Smoking Gun says, "Deputies did not indicate whether tongue was involved in the transfer of the two painkiller pills, which were apparently intended for Partridge’s personal use and not resale," it seems pretty difficult to move pills from one person's mouth to another's without using the tongue. We're just saying!
