Peterman catalog, this man, suspected of robbing the Valley National Bank on the Upper East Side, brings big-city panache to his small-time heist, sporting dark sunglasses fit for a Shanghai nightclub owner kicking the DJ's teeth in, a navy blue newsboy cap he tore off the head of the double-crossing bookie he shot behind the car wash, and a dapper khaki duster that conceals a multitude of mysteries within its dark, felonious folds.1/28/13, Upper East Side Valley National Bank
