A teen was arrested after a 9-year-old fell off of a five-story roof in the Bronx yesterday. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. at 1545 Nelson Avenue in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx; the boy, who hasn't been identified, fell off the roof and sustained severe body trauma. Casmine Aska, 17, has been charged with attempted murder in the second degree.

The boy was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. Authorities have neither said whether the teen is related to the victim or not, nor what the circumstances around the fall exactly were; they add that the investigation is ongoing.
