Sometimes the local discotheque isn't enough to satisfy the dancing needs for some of our city's more fervent shoe-shufflers. Sometimes a man has no choice but to bring the dance with him wherever he goes—if that happens to be the gym, then so be it. And if the man is able to lift a few weights in between perfectly-executed rave moves, all the better.

As the sunglasses-wearing gentleman in these videos proves, a real man should never feel constrained by society's expectations on decorum—he knows in his heart that wherever there is music, there is the opportunity for a sandwich of fun on ecstasy bread, wrapped up in a big bag like disco fudge.
