[UPDATES BELOW]

The Philadelphia CBS affiliate is reporting that a Brooklyn Nets player is being questioned about an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia.

CBS 3 reports, "According to sources, a 21-year-old female filed a complaint alleging that she was sexually assaulted inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Center City at about 4 a.m. Tuesday. The female complainant was taken to an area hospital for an examination. Investigators are waiting to question the woman before any decision will be made on potential charges. Sources say the unnamed player and his associates were taken to the Special Victims Unit for further questioning."

NBC Philadelphia says, "The woman told police she was raped by someone inside the hotel, according to investigators. They are questioning a man inside a Four Season's hotel room regarding the incident. Police also say a Brooklyn Nets player was in the hotel suite at the time of the alleged incident but was not in the bedroom where it may have occurred."

The Nets are in Philadelphia to play the 76ers today. The Four Seasons issued a statement, "The Philadelphia Police Department responded to a call to Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia early this morning (January 8). We are fully cooperating with the police investigation. We would advise all questions be directed to the Philadelphia Police Department." The Philadelphia Police has no information at this time; a Newsday reporter Tweeted that the police may still be gathering information.

Update 1 p.m.:Multiple new outlets are reporting that the player being questioned is Nets forward Andray Blatche. Blatche and his three friends, who are not teammates on the Nets, were questioned and released following questioning this morning. No charges have been filed, but the investigation is ongoing. Earlier today Blatche made this tweet, then deleted it:

Nets officials are declining to comment pending the outcome of the investigation, but a spokesperson did say that all players are available for tonight's game against the 76ers. Blatche was seen warming up today with the other players. GM Billy King added, "We are aware of the ongoing police investigation regarding a member of the Brooklyn Nets. We will have no further comment until the investigation has concluded. All of our players are available for tonight's game.”
