200-square-feet indoors, 600-square-feet outdoors

The last time we checked in on the small apartments being documented by SPACEStv, they weren't really all that small (500 to 3,000 square-feet!). Their latest offerings, however, are closer to actual "New York City small," hovering around the low hundred square-footage area.
