In the world of fast food there are few things that pretty much everyone can agree on: Namely the fact that McDonald's, what ever you think of it, makes the best fast food fries. But is there any actual potato in those crispy, golden salt delivery systems? In Canada the answer is apparently an emphatic yes, eh.

We have to admit we found this latest video from the folks at McDonald's Canada pretty fascinating. Look at them pull up those potatoes! And clean them! And peel them! And cut them! And cook them! And package and ship them! And then cook them again! All with adorable Canadian accents! Nice of McDonald's Canada to show us how it done up north. Especially when all you get on McDonald's US YouTube page is their latest commercial for a groundbreaking burger that includes—get this—chedder, onions and bacon.
