Daniel Craig was the besuited host on Saturday Night Live's third episode of the new season—but the current 007 was overshadowed by the big political story of the week: the presidential debate. The debate was tackled in several sketches, including a cold open that addressed Obama's bad performance (anniversary gift woes), MSNBC on "The Obama Debate Disaster," some Weekend Update jokes (Jim Lahrer stammered like Hugh Grant in a romcom), and best of all, a visit from Big Bird.
Click through for all those posts, as well as a fond look at some forgotten Bond Girls, construction workers who can't heckle, a medium from Long Island, a visit from the Fresco Fiasco painter, performances by Muse, and more!
