On Wednesday we told you about a gentleman (pictured above) who allegedly "placed his exposed penis" on a woman's hand while she was boarding the A train at Nostrand Avenue in July. The man has apparently seen the error of his ways: police say that on Friday, 33-year-old Angel Pagan turned himself in to the 75th Precinct in East New York.

Pagan is charged with public lewdness, and will presumably attempt to parlay his alleged crimes into a children's book about redemption, tentatively titled Happy Endings: The Penis Pusher Who Got PWND.
