Ladies, do you enjoy the sensation of a stranger's unsolicited genitals rubbing against you when you're riding the subway? Please meet this strapping young gentleman, who is being sought by the NYPD for allegedly "placing his exposed penis" on a woman's hand while boarding an A train at the Nostrand Avenue subway station in Brooklyn. Who could resist?

This allegedly happened back in July, but the NYPD is only now seeking the public's help in bringing the overly-generous genital giver to justice. According to investigators, he exposed his penis and tried to give it a hand around 5:15 p.m. on July 18th. He's described as a Hispanic male, between 20-30 years old, 6' tall, 180-220lbs with a mustache, last seen wearing a light yellow button down shirt, blue security style pants and was seen carrying a blue security style jacket. We don't know about you, but that makes us feel very secure, very warm inside.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
