The MP3 Experiment returned recently for its 9th event that brings thousands together for a quiet dance party extravaganza. Naturally, this is brought to you by Improv Everywhere, who note the latest Experiment brought 4,000 people to Governors Island, where they report back saying this year's MP3 file "contained a series of ridiculous Olympic-themed instructions from narrator 'Steve The Omnipotent Voice from Above' that culminated in a massive water gun fight." There was also a budget nod to Michael Jackson's Thriller, which was done with white bedsheets.
