Besides being touchy about the unflattering "Nanny Bloomberg" Photoshop, Mayor Bloomberg had some diet thoughts to share during yesterday's Israel Day Parade. He revealed that his guilty pleasure are mayonaise-y BLT's: "If you have one a month, that’s okay. It's not going to cause weight" gain.

Bloomberg has been depicted as a mean man, thanks to his proposed ban on sodas and other sugary drinks over 16 ounces. He explained, "I love BLTs. Probably a lot of calories in a BLT when you put as much mayonnaise on it as I do." FWIW: One tablespoon of Hellmann's is 90 calories and 10 grams of fat (15% of your daily allowance!).

While BLTs aren't the healthiest choice, at least they are filling: The mayor continued, "If you eat a hamburger, it fills you up. If you drink a 32-ounce cup of a full-sugared drink, it doesn’t fill you up. It just leaves you as hungry afterwards as before." Yeah, and BLTs and burgers are way better after getting stoned, man.
