An NYPD sergeant was captured on video profanely berating a 21-year-old man in a Chinese restaurant in Kensington. "My dick will go in your mouth and come out your ear," Sergeant Lesly Charles says. "I have the long dick. You don't." According to the Post, which obtained the video from the man, it was an illegally parked car that got the well-endowed officer so aroused.

The paper uses its ample police sources to explain the exchange: "all efforts at civility failed," one says. "The sergeant was trying to get his message across in a way they could understand." The man, who was arrested later that night for disorderly conduct, has been arrested more than 20 times, for charges ranging from petit larceny to weapons and marijuana possession. "I'm here every fucking day," Charles tells the man. "I have no life, no kids. I do what I do: I bust balls."

"I'm just doing God's work," Charles tells the tabloid. "You know I can't comment. Have a blessed day."

The Civilian Complaint Review Board is investigating the incident, though it's unclear whether their investigation will possess the increased powers that the city has recently bestowed it with. The NYPD adds that they are also investigating the incident.
