[Update Below] How much is the virginity of religious new Jets quarterback Tim Tebow worth? If you are terrible affair-facilitating website AshleyMadison.com, the answer is one meeeeelllllion dollars. According to the company they'll pay up seven figures to any woman who can prove they slept with the self-proclaimed virgin.
"Sports and sex (and of course, infidelity) go hand in hand," the site's founder Noel Biderman said in a statement. "If Mr. Tebow is indeed abstaining from adult relationships, I would encourage him to find a nice lady or two and enjoy his youth and fame as much as possible." And to help the part-time preacher out, Biderman says the bounty is on through Tebow's first season as a Jet.
"I guarantee that no man of Tebow’s stature could survive a season in New York without succumbing to the temptations of the city," Biderman went on. And he's right. Which is presumably part of why Tebow is going to live in Hoboken. Not that that should protect him from the B&T hordes—or those Tebowing cheerleaders.
We e-mailed Ashley Madison to find out if the bounty was just for the ladies or if it is valid for any man who might sleep with Tebow (hey, you never know!) but have yet to hear back.
Update: According to a rep from Ashley Madison not only are they accepting reports of men bedding Tebow, they are already receiving them. "Please stay tuned," they tell us.
