[UPDATE BELOW] Mitt Romney may have strapped his Irish setter Seamus to the roof of his car during a family vacation, but at least he never ate dog like Barack Hussein Obama did…when he was six…in Indonesia. Important D.C. publication The Daily Caller brings up a passage of Obama's book, Dreams from My Father, in which the future president describes being fed dog meat, snake meat, and grasshopper, by his stepfather in Indonesia. "Say what you want about Romney," hilarious web pundit Jim Treacher writes, "But at least he only put a dog on the roof of his car, not the roof of his mouth." Ha ha stop, stop, your DOGGONE jokes are killing us. Stop.

Naturally, people who are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to present the positions of the two politicians to the public and ask substantive questions of one another's campaigns are engaged in a Twitter fight about dog meat eaten in Indonesia in the 1960s.

What's the next attack @EricFerhn and the RNC will surface on a 6-10 year old?

So open your eyes, people! The leader of the free world for nearly four years has been a vicious dog-eater. Vote for a man whose favorite breakfast is, uh, water?

Water, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whey powder, yellow corn flour, soybean oil, sugar, whole eggs, contains 2% or less of the following: leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, egg whites, emulsifier (mono-and diglycerides, propylene glycol monoester, sodium stearoyl lactylate), salt, artificial flavor, xanthan gum, beta carotene (color), soy lecithin (processing aid).

[UPDATE] PETA flack Nicole Dao has spoken to The Daily Caller and says that in regard to Obama's dog snack, "A child has an excuse, but grownups all should know by now the disgusting condition of slaughterhouses and fear and suffering that animals endure on factory farms and try a vegetarian diet that’s good for them, animals, and the environment."

As a commenter points out, keep your ears open for the Drudge Siren: JFK ATE FLESH OF JESUS CHRIST THOUSANDS OF TIMES, "IT SAVED MY SOUL," RAVENOUS PREZ SEZ.
