The 8-year-old boy who was shot at a Bronx store last week was finally released from the hospital yesterday. However, Armando Bigo will have to live with having a bullet in his shoulder for the rest of his life. The second-grader was relieved to leave the hospital, telling the Daily News, "It's boring."

Police arrested 15-year-old Eduardo Rodriguez for the bike-by shooting; he is being held on $250,000 bail. It's suspected that Rodriguez was trying to hit a member of a rival gang.

The little boy also spoke to WCBS 2, "I don’t like when people [are] trying to do bad stuff at me,” and reiterated his happiness to out of the hospital, "I thought I was going to stay there forever." He added to the News, "I’m not really nervous to go home. I'm upset with (the shooter) because he shot me. It was stupid."
