Reverend Franklin Graham, isn't convinced that President Obama is a Christian, and this morning on MSNBC alluded to the delicious possibility that he is a secret Muslim: “I can’t say categorically [that Obama doesn't practice Islam] because Islam has gotten a free pass under Obama." But if Graham really wanted to know if Obama is a Christian, he could have just asked his father, the Rev. Billy Graham, who prayed with the president in 2010 at his private residence in North Carolina.
Asked if he believes Rick Santorm is a Christian, Graham answered, "I think so." Why couldn't Santorum be a secret Scientologist? "Well, because his values are so clear on moral issue." Ahh, because following Christ means being a giant dick about foisting your homophobic, sexist beliefs on everyone else.
What about Newt Gingrich, the guy who got blowjobs in cars while his aides cared for his children and who spends the money he earns from lobbying on false idolatry? "I think that Newt is a Christian, at least he told me he is."
Graham goes on to say that Obama "Seems more concerned about [Muslims] than the Christians being murdered in the Muslim countries," but ThinkProgress points out this isn't true either.
So when will we start seeing the Santorum/Graham 2012 bumperstickers?
