According to sources, the NY Giants and New England Patriots are playing in the "Super Bowl" today in Indianapolis. Fans have already started converting their lawns into tributes to the gritty men and women who shall do battle today for our undying love (and/or hatred). What this all has to do with bowls, heaven knows. But it should make for some tasty bread, and some delicious circus.

For those of you who didn't know that today was the Super Bowl—or don't really care about football, but still kind of want to be able to follow along with all your friends' Facebook status updates later tonight—plenty of internet scavengers and archivists have been crafting carefully worded cheatsheets for you. Buzzfeed has some talking points for you, Rant Sports suggests you buy a plane ticket to your native land (because this is an AMERICAN game, and if you don't care deeply about it, you're in the wrong country, buddy), and Gawker recommends that when all else fails, get drunk.

Our most relevant piece of advice? Giants rookie star receiver Victor Cruz has averaged over five catches per game in 2011, and fans love to chant his name—so realize there's a huge difference between "BOOOOOOOO" and "CRUUUUUUUZ." And if you still don't care about the Super Bowl, well, Ron Paul has got your back:
