Poor Bethenny Frankel just can't catch a break. All the former Real Housewife wants to do is get drunk the non-fattening way, and now the whole world's gotta harsh her vibe. First, Whole Foods pulled her Skinnygirl Margarita, billed as "all-natural," because it contained trace amounts of a potentially toxic preservative. Now, Frankel is getting sued by a New York couple who claim they were tricked into buying it.

Christopher Rapcinsky and Erin Baker say they were "duped" into buying Skinnygirl because it claimed to be all-natural, with no preservatives. They're suing Beam Global, which owns the line, for $10 million in damages. “It could say, ‘nearly natural’ or ‘almost no preservatives,’ but it doesn’t,” said the customers’ lawyer, Thomas Mullaney. “It’s clearly misleading...the defendants’ entire marketing campaign, both its advertisements and labeling, contain false and deceptive statements."

Frankel has defended her drink in the past, and Beam Global released a statement calling the suit "frivolous," and adding, "In today’s litigious society, nothing is surprising." Except perhaps that Rapcinsky and Baker somehow didn't realize that they could have made their own "all-natural" margaritas all by themselves.
