A new piece of prime real estate has popped up on Kent Avenue, right on the waterfront and with some real old school charm! This trip back in time to when Williamsburg living establishments weren't all glass and metal is courtesy of Hollywood, of course. Specifically courtesy of Sacha Baron Cohen's movie The Dictator, which seems like it's been filming here forever.
Get an up-close look at it while it's still around, we spotted it for the first time this morning in the Giando's parking lot. How many squatters do you think will fit in there?
