Last week, we reported the earth-shattering news that Vinny Guadagnino stormed out of the Jersey Shore house, saying he'd "had enough" of the constant fighting in the house. Today, more of the story comes to light, and it's looking like Vinny might have actually bade the Shore a permanent adieu.

Apparently, Vinny is the one who got into a fight with an unidentified cast mate (Ronnie?). He left the house last Wednesday, spent the night in a nearby hotel, and was persuaded to come back the next day, only to leave "for good" on Friday. Sources say Vinny was feeling "burned out" and complained that he was homesick for his family on Staten Island. TMZ says they have confirmed that Vinny is back home on the Island now. They also say that Vinny has been "a pain in the ass" and won't be missed. But who will be the "V" in the "MVP" clique [that's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Vinny and Pauly D, for the uninitiated]?

MTV had no comment on the departure, but did say, "Viewers can be assured they will have answers when Season Five premieres." Vinny's Twitter, sadly, offers no clues to his whereabouts, either.
