Katie Sokoler/GothamistNights and Weekends: From the team behind Five Leaves on the edge of Williamsburg in Greenpoint comes Nights and Weekends, not far from their popular debut location. The Caribbean-inspired bar has a laid-back vibe with reclaimed wood and concrete walls, and serves a variety of bar snacks and small plates, like a $6 Basket of Warm Cheese Bread; a Croque Senora sandwich with Roasted Pork Shoulder, Speck, and Spicy Pickle ($14); and a daily selection of ceviches and seafood. Specialty cocktails abound, as well as a wide selection of rum, tequila, pisco, and other spirits. The kitchen stays open until 2 a.m., with the bar closing at 3 a.m. nightly, and brunch on the weekends to help out with the chronic Five Leaves spillover. 1 Bedford Avenue (at Manhattan Avenue), Brooklyn; (718) 383-5349
