An 11-year-old boy was charged as a juvenile for criminal possession of a weapon after bringing a loaded gun to PS 140 in Jamaica yesterday. Fortunately, he went and bragged to his stool pigeon friend, who informed a school-safety officer. We're not sure how the Stop Snitchin' community is going to take this one.
The officer searched the student's bag and found a loaded Glock 9mm semi-automatic; the student was quickly taken to the 113th Precinct station house. The boy will also reportedly face disciplinary action from the school. A couple of weeks ago a teenager pulled a gun on a school-safety inspector after the inspector smelled marijuana on him. So, what's the over/under on those guns being legal ones?
