We've heard about cats with cameras... but have less-sophisticated canines started dabbling in photography? The organizers of "the first ever photography exhibition, shot entirely by dogs" sent over these photos, all taken from collar cams. These, and others, will all be on sale at a charity auction tomorrow—head to Hendershot Gallery at 195 Chrystie Street, between 6 and 9 p.m., to get in on the action. Dog photographers... what's next, dogs on scooters? (YES, dogs on scooters.)
Some of the dogs behind the cameras have famous humans, including Mike Starn, Ann Pasternek, and one is even Sol Lewitt's grand-dog! But they aren't all big names, some photos were taken by shelter dogs (any money raised tonight will go to Mighty Mutts Animal Rescue). Bonus: dogs welcome!
