We may never know how Lady Gaga decides when something is too much or going too far, but she has now stepped up against the human breast milk ice cream which bears a name very similar to her own: Baby Gaga. According to the NY Post, the pop star is suing the London-based ice cream shop for trademark infringement.
Icecreamists Matt O'Connor (responsible for the questionable product) told the paper, "She's acting like a big baby who is crying over spilled breast milk. And this is coming from the woman who wears the flesh of rotting cows as an awards-show gown." Gaga's lawyers say the ice cream is "deliberately provocative and, to many people, nausea-inducing" (something that's also been said about their client!).
So there you have it: somewhere between rotting meat and breast milk ice cream is a line that Lady Gaga does not want to step over.
