Wikileaks honcho Julian Assange is going back Sweden. A British court earlier today ordered Assange to return to the country where he faces accusations of sexual abuse. He has seven days to appeal the ruling (read it here), which his lawyers have made clear they intend to do.

In the meantime, Assange is out on bail again on the same terms as before after adding two new suretors (Lady Caroline Evans and Patricia David) who have put up £20,000 each. As for Assange's appeal plans, his lawyer, Mark Stephens, says he will appeal based on the arguments they've already made. Namely that a rape trial in Sweden will be held in "secret" (i.e. there will be no public or press allowed) and that Assange will be "incommunicado" in Sweden, as the country has no provisions for bail.
