Drivers in Downtown Brooklyn might want to pay a touch closer attention starting next weekend, there is a street-direction switch afoot. So as to better serve the posh hotels popping up on Duffield Street—wouldn't want to confuse any taxi drivers—the city is reversing the road's direction between Fulton and Willoughby Streets with traffic set to go from north to south starting next Saturday. Further, Willoughby Street between Gold and Duffield will no longer be two-way, instead only going west. Signs will soon be in place to remind drivers.
