Here's a new dieting trick for anyone who doesn't have Al Franken on speed dial: every time you're about to eat something fatty, think of Brett Favre's penis. It's apparently been working for former Jets in-house sideline reporter Jenn Sterger; her manager, Phil Reese, says she's so stressed that she has "lost nine pounds. She was already in model shape before, so it's not good if those nine pounds just go missing."
Sterger is still "strongly considering" talking to the NFL about the voicemails and lewd photos she allegedly received in 2008 from then-Jets quarterback Brett Favre. Her attorney said, "We are still formulating or gathering all the facts. We're pretty close to being there...And if the decision is, 'OK, it's in our best interests to go to the NFL,' I have a dialogue with them where we've started talking about a potential meeting and the parameters of such a meeting. Whether that will happen this week or next week, it's still a little too early to tell."
Over the weekend, Favre admitted to leaving Sterger a few voicemails, but denied sending her photos of himself naked below the waist. However, one source previously said that the same number was used to send the lewd pictures was used to call Sterger and leave the voicemails. Reese says, "Ultimately, it's Jenn's decision what she wants to do. She could decide to move to the Bahamas and live out the rest of her days on a beach and never discuss it ever again. And that's absolutely fine if that's what she wants to do." If that's what a sexting scandal gets you then sign us up!
