Last week, the Daily News published a cameraphone photograph of an alleged subway pervert: "The sicko with the 1980s 'do grabbed the buttocks of a 21-year-old Asian woman as she waited for an E train at the Steinway St. station in Queens about 12:40 a.m. last Saturday, police said." The victim followed the man, described as Latino, around 5'5" and 160 pounds, onto the train to take the picture. Well, one Daily News reader emailed NYPD Crimestoppers, "I saw it on the Daily News website... The picture of the man you are looking for I have identified as a man in my neighborhood." Javier Zempalteca was arrested yesterday for third-degree sexual assault.
