We know it's "America's Playground" and all, but parents might want to make sure their kids aren't out too late near Coney Island. A 14-year-old boy was shot in the leg on West 33rd Street near Neptune Avenue at 1:34 a.m. today. He said he heard gunfire and realized he had been shot in the leg, though it's unclear if he was the intended target. He was released after being treated at Lutheran Hospital. Last week, a two-year-old girl was shot in the leg outside her Coney Island housing complex when she got caught in the crossfire of a revenge dispute.
