What's tougher than cupcakes? Well, a lot of things, but Bruce Zipes of Bruce's Bakery in Great Neck and Manhattan has yet to be informed of that. The "Baker to the Stars" released this submission for a spot on the Food Network competition Cupcake Wars, and we've never been more intimidated.

Bruce insists he's not one of those "sho-sho college kids" who starts a cupcake shop because it's the cool thing to do, but an honest-to-goodness blue collar baker who has been in the business since 1970. That cannoli cupcake looks like it could take out some of the competition, but who knows what that triple-rainbow cupcake could mean for the world?
