Besides commissioning a secret study that projects a $57.8 million bump in city revenue if LeBron James came to NYC, the Big Apple has organized a full court press to convince the forward to leave Ohio. The city just launched a C'mon LeBron website complete with Facebook page, Twitter hashtag, and feel-good video about NYC with Mayor Bloomberg.
Bloomberg said, "As the good book says, 'Lead us to the promised land'—and that's a quote from the King James version!" It's unclear if Chicago Mayor Richard Daley will get in the act, but another study claims that James could bring in billions to the Windy City if he signs with the Bulls.
