Both Fork in the Road and the Daily News have discovered what has to be the final word in hipster trends: A couple of Bushwick roommates are selling Stumptown coffee out of a DIY traveling street stand transported by bicycle. Called Kickstand Coffee, the stand unfolds out of two 160-pound rolling carts, which each hitch to the back of a bike and hold everything the owners need, from coffee beans to milk and a coffee grinder. When they reach their destination (McCarren Park, obvs.), the carts are unfolded and linked together to create a 9-foot long coffee bar. Naturally, they're selling only Brooklyn-roasted coffee, grinding it by hand, and brewing each cup ($2.50) on the spot. All they need now is to start doing tattoos.
