Sad face: After spending decades exhaustively documenting the wild and wonderful fringe characters who make the East Village so distinctive, photographer Bob Arihood is calling it quits and ending his excellent almost-four-year-old blog Neither More Nor Less. In a goodbye blog post, Arihood says the neighborhood just isn't worth the effort anymore, "Today there's not enough interesting material remaining for us to regularly, productively photograph and write about in the East Village. We're tired of spending so much of our time hunting, hoping and waiting with so little to show for having done so."

It's definitely a bummer, but at least we can still count on NYU kids to blog about themselves!
