Cops are looking for a driver who fled the scene of a fatal car crash—which left another driver "burned beyond recognition"—early Sunday morning. The chain reaction crash allegedly started when a blue Dodge Caravan with Missouri plates crashed into a Ford Taurus taxi, sending the two careening into two parked cars before a tree fell on them and they burst into flames. One local told the Daily News, "I heard a cop say, 'Who saw the guy in the blue van run?'"
