Another cool, dry day is in store as high pressure continues to dominate the skies. The temperature will actually moderate a bit. Today's high should crack the freezing mark. The trend continues tomorrow when the high should reach the mid 30s under a brilliant winter sun.
The weather gets more active tomorrow night when a storm currently over the Great Plains finally makes it's way eastward. There won't be much moisture with the storm by the time it gets here but the city could see anywhere from a dustng to an inch of snow and high winds on Friday.
Cold air will follow close behind the storm. Look for weekend highs around 30 and lows in the upper teens. Hey, wait, that's not all that cold, is it? AccuWeather predicts temperatures will return to normal by the middle of next week which is not consistent with yesterday's blizzardy bloviation.
